A Note About Resources
All of us can and should open and enrich our minds and souls by learning as much as we can about systemic, structural, and institutional racism, and about how our own inevitable biases may create barriers to true equity and inclusion of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and others from traditionally marginalized and oppressed communities. However, learning is only part of the solution. What truly matters is what we do with our knowledge. What makes a real and lasting difference in ending racism is how we transform awareness into action in our everyday lives, and harness the courage and humility to reach out to others who are different from us to build bridges to true inclusion.
