No charge for Zoom meetings (in person charge $10.00/session). Our Sibshop offers support for typically developing siblings of children with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and selected chronic illnesses. Children (ages 8-13) meet peers with similar experiences in a fun and friendly atmosphere, where they can discuss their common joys and concerns. They learn how to handle situations they all face regularly and discuss what it is like to have a brother or sister with special needs. This is accomplished through games, activities, crafts and age appropriate discussion. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Park Ridge and Oak Lawn support groups are meeting together on Zoom until further notice.
